Created and produced promotional materials in support of AT&T Direct service, distributed to the guest rooms of Caribbean hotels and resorts and at ports around South America. The programs grew AT&T's international inbound revenue successfully for 12 years.
IN-ROOM Filled thousands of Marriott, Hyatt, Inter-Continental, Sandals and other guest rooms around the Caribbean with custom tent cards, reminding Americans to call home with AT&T Direct service.

INSTRUCTION CARDS AND TELEPHONE OVERLAYS
Caribbean hotels and resorts offering AT&T Direct service, like SuperClubs' Breezes properties in Jamaica, received custom die-cut telephone overlays with dialing instructions. Materials were designed and produced in multiple languages, including US English, Latin Spanish, French, German and occasionally Japanese. PROMO PIECES Created and produced dozens of signs, loyalty cards, labels and similar materials for AT&T's marketing managers based in Coral Gables.

MILITARY PORT GUIDES Created and produced a series of 11 pocket port guides for US military personnel, containing maps, things to see, places to eat, and most important, instructions to access AT&T Direct service. The program followed the UNITAS tours to Venezuela, Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, Saint Martin and Puerto Rico, boosting traffic from each destination.
